Ingredients

1 Bag of Sysco Chocolate Pudding

2 Quarts Half & Half

1 Quart Heavy Cream

Chocolate Graham Crackers (Crushed/Crumbs)

Ontop

Procedures

• With ingredients in mixer start with a slow beat gradually up beat faster for about a minute until it gets thick
• Using Domed Lid container put in Chocolate Graham Cracker on bottom
• Fill container 3/4 way up with chocolate pudding
• Top with Ontop and dust with Chocolate Graham Crumbs
