Brunswick Stew

Ingredients

4 Onions Diced

8 Cloves Garlic

9 Cups Chicken Stock

1 Can Tomato Paste

7 1/2 Cups Diced Tomatoes

8 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

4 Tablespoons Worcestershire 

1 Teaspoon Pepper

1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

1 Shredded Pork Butt

1 Bag Corn (2.5lbs)

1 Bag Lima Beans

1 Bottle Wassi's Mole Q

Procedures

• Add Onions & Garlic to pot with oil
• Add Chicken Stock & Tomato paste to pot and let come to boil
• Add Tomatoes, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire, Pepper, Crushed Red Pepper to pot and let come to boil 
• Add Pork Butt and stir ensuring well pulled apart
• Add in Corn, Lima Beans and Mole Q and let come to a bubble
• After simmer for 10 minutes
