Jalapeno Pimento Cheese (Spicy) -8046

Ingredients:

6lbs of Loaf Cheddar Shredded

3 Cups Mayonnaise

3lb Cream Cheese

2 1/4 Teaspoon Paprika

3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

4 1/2 Teaspoonss Sugar

2 1/4 Teaspoon  Black Pepper

1 1/2 Teaspoon Cayenne

6 Cans Pimento (Drained)

12 Smoked Jalapenos Diced

Procedures:

• Shred 6lbs of Loaf Cheddar with Large Shred Attachment on Food Processor
• Take 6 cans of Pimento and colander and strain all liquid
• Dice 12 Smoked Jalapenos 
• Put all ingredients together into Mixer Bowl
• Mix until all ingredients are fully encorporated
• Package in 16oz Round Tamper Proof Containers
